Osaka Futsal Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the website operated by Osaka Futsal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Site”). All users of the Site (“Users”) shall use the Site only after agreeing to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and us in connection with the use of the Site.
In addition to these Terms, we may establish separate rules, notices, guidelines, or other provisions regarding the Site. Regardless of their name, such provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any separate provisions referred to in the preceding paragraph, such separate provisions shall prevail.
Article 2 (Content of the Site)
The Site mainly provides the following information and functions:
- Viewing information about futsal events and other related events
- Guidance regarding event reservations
- Links and referrals to external services such as Meetup
- Any other information or functions that we deem appropriate
Article 3 (Registration and Applications)
Users shall provide accurate and complete information by the methods specified by us when registering or applying through the Site.
We may refuse registration, event applications, or use of the Site if a User falls under any of the following:
- The User provides false information
- The User has previously violated these Terms or been subject to suspension or similar measures
- The User is determined by us to be associated with antisocial forces or similar groups
- We otherwise determine the User to be inappropriate
Article 4 (Use by Minors)
If a minor uses the Site or applies for an event, the minor must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian in advance.
If it is discovered that a minor has used the Site without such consent, we may cancel that use or application.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Site:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Registering or submitting false information
- Acts that cause inconvenience to other Users, participants, organizers, or third parties
- Pick-up behavior, stalking, harassment, or any conduct that causes discomfort or anxiety to others
- Discriminatory language or conduct, abusive language, threats, or harassment
- Sales activities, solicitation, religious activities, political activities, multi-level marketing, or any activity unrelated to the intended purpose of the event
- Unauthorized reproduction, use, copying, modification, or reposting of any text, images, videos, designs, logos, or other content on the Site
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Site
- Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access
- Sending computer viruses or other harmful programs
- Any other acts that we deem inappropriate
Article 6 (Event Participation)
Reservations, applications, or information provided on the Site do not guarantee participation in any event organized or introduced by us.
Confirmation of participation, detailed conditions, and eligibility to participate shall be subject to the conditions established by us or by external services such as Meetup.
Users shall take full responsibility for their own health condition, physical readiness, and safety management when participating in events.
We reserve the right to refuse participation by any User when deemed necessary.
Article 7 (Refunds)
As a general rule, we do not provide refunds.
However, this shall not apply where refunds are required by law or where we specifically determine that a refund is necessary.
Where applications are made through an external service, refunds and related matters may be governed by the terms and conditions of that service.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to the text, images, videos, logos, designs, layouts, and all other content on the Site belong to us or to the rightful owners thereof.
Users may not use such content beyond the scope permitted by law, including private use, without prior authorization.
Article 9 (Links to External Services)
The Site may contain links to external websites or services such as Meetup.
We do not guarantee the content, safety, accuracy, legality, or any other aspect of such linked websites or services.
When Users use external services, they shall comply with the terms and conditions applicable to those services.
Article 10 (Suspension, Interruption, and Changes to the Site)
We may suspend, interrupt, modify, or terminate all or part of the Site without prior notice to Users if any of the following applies:
- When maintenance, inspection, or updates of the system are necessary
- When provision of the Site becomes difficult due to communication failures, system failures, or similar causes
- When operation becomes difficult due to natural disasters, accidents, power outages, or force majeure
- When we otherwise determine such action to be necessary for the operation of the Site
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, timeliness, or safety of any information posted on the Site.
We shall not be liable for any damage incurred by a User arising from use of or inability to use the Site, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
We shall not be liable for any disputes arising between Users, or between a User and a third party.
Participation in futsal or other sports events is at the User’s own judgment and responsibility. We shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, theft, loss, or similar damages unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 12 (Restriction of Use)
If a User violates these Terms or we otherwise determine the User to be inappropriate, we may, without prior notice, restrict the User’s use of the Site, refuse applications, or take any other necessary measures.
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
We shall handle Users’ personal information appropriately in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.
Article 14 (Amendment of the Terms)
We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users if we determine such amendment to be necessary. The amended Terms shall become effective when posted on the Site.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location or the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
